sometime early monday morning it is just south of new jersey. there's a 520-mile cone of uncertainty. we've got high pressure, if that high pressure dominates, it drags the -- the hurricane away, but there's a trough of low pressure along the coast, and it looks like that's going to be stronger and so that's going to hug -- keep it closer to the coast. whether this makes landfall or not, look at the rainfall amounts, anywhere from 5 to 7 inches locally, possibly 12 inches along the delmarva peninsula. so this is going to be a big weather-maker, rain, winds, flooding, freeze down. it is going to be a mess going into early next a much better scenario going on here. light rain moving in, much needed rain for the peninsula as well as south bay and right around san francisco, spreading into the east bay, expect that to continue for a few more hours. and keeping our temperatures down in the 60s and 70s as we go
